This hotel offered us a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities, such as the sauna and swimming pool. The spacious and modern apartment was equipped with private facilities and a fully equipped kitchen that fulfilled all our needs. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a variety of cuisine options that catered to our tastes.
The hotel's location was isolated, making it difficult to access without transportation. Although the staff was friendly, the language barrier posed a minor issue, and there were some limitations around room service and breakfast.

Our recent stay at a resort in Jeju Island was just amazing! The location offered us a secluded and safe atmosphere, which allowed us to have a peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious, modern and well-equipped with a functional kitchen, and an outdoor jacuzzi which was perfect for our chilly nights. The staff provided friendly and accommodating services, with Soo being especially helpful in fixing our heater system.
It was a bit of a challenge communicating with the staff due to their limited English proficiency.
